I continue to diary the plight of many homeowners who had sub prime lenders who violated TILA and FDIC laws. I have had some wonderful offers to help, but haven't made calls yet. It's hard to know what to do next and I am thinking through every step as I go. I diaried about how Alan Greenspan estimated that these sub prime mortgages contained about 10% fraud, while another speaker to the Agriculture and Finance comittee named Bill Black estimated the number to be more like 40%. This fraud is the heart of our financial problems and the problems of the world. The fraudulent lawbreakers are wanting to blame the home buyers and many of the folks on this site and others have pointed that finger right along with them. I have continually tried to put my story out there so people understand that what they are doing is absolutely outrageously illegal behavior and that no one will stop them.
