So here's my story. I think it's a story like lots of other folks. My family suffered horribly during the Bush years. Unemployment, health problems, health care debt, foreclosure, chapter 13 bankruptcy. There are millions just like me and my family. I cannot look at this bill outside of my own traumatized eyes. Can't do it. When I look at this bill, I know that life for me and my family is only going to get harder, and I thought we were at the brink. I know that I cannot breath a sigh of relief. I know that Obama has not done one thing to lessen my burden. Do you really think that folks struggling this hard to hold their head above water are going to forget this? Do you really think that the ads the republicans are running day and night about how we will be fined and punished because we can't afford to pay the bill, aren't going to speak to a majority of us??
